There are two contradictory requirements for furnace heating: 

1.Warm slow and gradually in order to reduce the excessive water or vapor, or expand and craze; 

2.Slow warming wastes time and energy and postpone the time that pad-molding uses at designed temperature. 

Application:

Refractory coating, castable, gunning, plastic, ramming, unburned brick, foam mud, etc. high-strength and quick-drying monolithic as well.  

Usage:

1. Please put appropriate cement or micropowder into the mixer, and the fiber (1-2kg/t) as well  

2. Mix them. Add lots of refractory to the mixer if the fiber is well-distributed. 

3. Please control the fiber quantity and mixing time as the matter of fact.
