Product Detail

The raw material are stainless steel ingots

They are fused in liquid 1500-1600℃ in electrical furnace, whose surface the melt pump wheel rotating with high-speed approached. There are many slots as per the size of steel fiber in the wheel. The liquid is

scraped by slots and threw by the centrifugal force, cooled and formed.

The melt pump wheel must be watering to keep cooling velocity.

This method can produce various material and fiber as per client's requirement.
