Bauxite and limestone as raw material are calcined into clinker with main component---calcium aluminate and 50% alumina, then grind into hydraulic binders, namely, calcium aluminate cement. 

Application: 

1. Confecting heat-resistant concrete, refractory castable, monolithic refractories. 

2. Making expansive and self-stressing cement. 

3. Producing manu-marble. 

4. Used in non-bearing and sulfate-resistant project. 

Attention:

1. It is not suggested to use more than 25% to confect the heat-resistant concrete.

2. The pouring thickness is not proposed to exceed 3.0mm because of early calorific value concentration. Please maintain immediately with water for more than 3 days after the concrete hardens, 

3. The temperature is not advised to exceed 50℃ if maintaining with steam.

4. Please do not mix alkaline substance such as lime, and the material with silica

5. Please dry the heat-resistant concrete before use. 

6. If need rebar for the hear-resistant concrete, please consider the matched coefficient of thermal expansion and the protective layer can not be less than 75px in order to prevent the concrete to exfoliate.

Dry and off-ground; shelf life is at least 6 months, mostly 1 year.
